All necessary actions. Soul search the kind of offense you want to run and spend the money to bring in the right OC, and let him do the damn thing. Hire competent OL and ST coaches, Frost can take over QB coach duties in addition to running the show.

Not even 4 years completed and he is on his 3rd offensive coordinator for an offense that he is primarily in charge of

Guess now Scott has an excuse for when they lose out. Don't want to second guess bringing back back Scott coming off two more losses with his full staff. Now he's got the excuse (we didn't have our whole staff).

Plus, he has a built-in excuse for the next four years: "It takes an entire recruiting cycle to adjust to new coaches."

I bet it's 2 years. I don't think you can sell 1 year to anyone.
I dunno, I don’t think you can justify a sixth year to the fans if we have another losing season next year. We can tell every candidate it’s a two year deal (and I’m sure their contracts would reflect that), but they know it’s at least bowl-or-get-out.

Hopefully, Frost got humbled by the new contract stuff and pressure to get fired and can be smarter about this. Scrap this retarded UCF and Oregon bull **** and run the offense through the OL, RB's, TE's and deep passes to WR's. take pressure away from the QB. And no longer be the OC, be the CEO instead.

My guesses:

He'll bring in Mickey Joseph for OC/WR, and he'll bring along Myles Brennan at QB.

RB Coach - Ron Brown

Frost takes over coaching QBs, which will allow him to hire Bill Busch or Carlos Polk as Special Teams coach.

John Garrison comes back to coach O-Line

Well, anything is better than nothing. I guess they changed the narrative for the next three weeks, although signing day should be a real bloodbath. Now, can he fire the RPO philosophy so a linemen will actually know how/who to block on any given play?

Four bags cut that needed to be. Steps in the right direction. Who is willing to come to replace them is another thing entirely. We'll see.

Hopefully the new OC comes in and says "I can't teach football IQ to a 5th year QB who has none. If we don't have a BIG starter on the roster, we need to hit the portal. For 2 QB's."

I could see this. Would rather have Busch at ST. Maybe ST/RC.

I think we can find better than Brown at RB. Didn’t Ahman want a chance? ;). There is probably a young proven coach/recruiter out there

Brown was an excellent rb coach under Bo, we could use that consistency going forward

I mean, if frost wants to turn this around then this had to happen. I'm gonna remain skeptical as I always am but I'll still probably watch every game and hope they win like always

WOW. Well I’m not surprised. I really hope this is the fire that gets Frost moving in the right direction.

4 years doesnt bother most, whats 1 more, especially if they make progress by getting all the way to 5!
