Is there an adult on this coaching staff? I get this is a contact sport, but why allow him to play this way?
Who would develop them?Makes you wonder why they haven’t developed any viable back ups in 4 years.
Not the point, they weren’t going to win anyway. It’s the fact Frost allows someone who isn’t physically fit to even suit up for a football game to playWas he the reason they lost? I kinda thought the oline and special teams was what lost the game yesterday.
I guess crouch had to be carried out of the stadium after a game he was playing thru pain inNot the point, they weren’t going to win anyway. It’s the fact Frost allows someone who isn’t physically fit to even suit up for a football game to play
He looked like he was moving around pretty good. Not the point, they weren’t going to win anyway. It’s the fact Frost allows someone who isn’t physically fit to even suit up for a football game to play
That’s true but Crouch was playing for conference titles and national championships. He wasn’t quarterbacking a 3-6 team with nothing but pride to play for.I guess crouch had to be carried out of the stadium after a game he was playing thru pain in
What's the difference? Playing hurt is playing hurt, regardless of the record. That’s true but Crouch was playing for conference titles and national championships. He wasn’t quarterbacking a 3-6 team with nothing but pride to play for.
Why risk worse injury when there’s nothing of value to play for? What's the difference? Playing hurt is playing hurt, regardless of the record.
That's up to AM isn't it. Some people are tough and have pride. Others quit. Why risk worse injury when there’s nothing of value to play for?
He really hasn't lost a game single handed. Chances are high he was the reason there was a chance to win to begin with. I would look to Oline for reasons why the team loses. The biggest difference is that Crouch was a winner who came through in the clutch and didn't choke at the end of every game like AM does.
AM is a huge liability in the last 5 minutes of any tight games, and lost games single-handed even before he was hurt.
I do, he can’t scramble out of the pocket as effectively. His passing has always been inconsistent, but the usual Adrian scrambled out of the pocket when pressure came and tried to pick up yards with his legs.I’ve seen very little difference in his play from game to game, regardless of injury.
Don't get it? Did he look like he was injured? Thanks Coach Solich.

100% agree Adrian is a warrior! This thread isn’t about bashing him it’s just pointing out that he shouldn’t be allowed to risk life and limb for Frost’s career.I'm a big believer that you don't blame players. 99.9% of the time most of them are giving their all to win. AM might not be a hugely successful quarterback, but I don't think anyone can question his heart or will to win. He makes big mistakes at inopportune times but he is hardly the reason that Nebraska is 3-9 this year. Frankly were it not for him they wouldn't have even been in most of these games. Offensively what else do they have? The inability to win games is solely on the coaching staff. They recruit, develop and prepare each player for every game. If the players aren't good enough or prepared properly it's on the coaching staff.. People blaming players for the results of college football games is lame.
Just a little dramatic. Lofl.100% agree Adrian is a warrior! This thread isn’t about bashing him it’s just pointing out that he shouldn’t be allowed to risk life and limb for Frost’s career.
This is the biggest issue. At the most important spot.Makes you wonder why they haven’t developed any viable back ups in 4 years.
He is part of the reason. The other part is special teams.I'm a big believer that you don't blame players. 99.9% of the time most of them are giving their all to win. Not this thread but there is tons of AM bashing on here nearly every week. This program is a dumpster fire on so many fronts and yet AM takes more hits from the people on here than anyone with the possible exception of the Oline coach. It's college football. It is ALL on the head coach. To believe otherwise is delusional.100% agree Adrian is a warrior! The "moving around pretty good" was something Solich used to always say.Don't get it? Did he look like he was injured?
Cool story numbers guy, but how does he do in the clutch? Secure many late game wins when it matters the most?50 yards rushing, 250 passing, 2 TD's...but yeah, he clearly sucked.
Dorks
Yesterday, the game was over at that point anyway when he threw the interception. Truthfully, the game was over the second they tried the 3rd field goal.Cool story numbers guy, but how does he do in the clutch? Secure many late game wins when it matters the most?
Bad...what is your point?Cool story numbers guy, but how does he do in the clutch? Secure many late game wins when it matters the most?

Dude look up Tom "Trainwreck" Novak. Played both ways for Nebraska at Center and DT in the late 1940sNot the point, they weren’t going to win anyway. It’s the fact Frost allows someone who isn’t physically fit to even suit up for a football game to play
Yeah but they weren't they wearing leather helmets rendering most of them brain dead by the age of 40?Dude look up Tom "Trainwreck" Novak. Played both ways for Nebraska at Center and DT in the late 1940s
He played with broken ribs. I broke ribs sparing once. It is insane to try and do anything as physical as playing center and d line like Tom Novak did with broken ribs.
Guys were always expected to play through injury in my day.
Plastic helmets came into existence in 1940 by the John T. Riddell company.Yeah but they weren't they wearing leather helmets rendering most of them brain dead by the age of 40?
