I'd be a no on Gruden. Let's try and get someone in that has coached college football at the P5 level. Knows the expectations of coaching such a team (i.e. recruiting) and doesn't immediately bring some level of outside controversy to the team. The University would get hammered by the media, not to mention, it would be incredibly difficult for Gruden to recruit given the recent revelations. Whether you agree or not.

When it comes to college head coaching jobs, Gruden always gets mentioned and I don't know why. He has never coached in college. Plus he also hates coaching young players. He especially hates young quarterbacks. Add the emails to that and I don't see how he would fit here.

How many former Raiders head coaches do we need to hire before we realize that's a bad idea.

Why is it even racist to comment on the size of a person's lips? Yes, black people tend to have larger lips, but supposedly women like larger lips and not every black person has large lips. I mean, lets stop being so incredibly ridiculous about what we call racist. This is what is destroying society today.
And yes, a person in private is allowed to speculate on why a person was drafted. The Rams and Fisher will always deny it but we all know that sometimes late-round picks are used on players that aren't expected to make it and are therefore more likely to go to someone who is popular or could bring PR points to an team.
