Has a coach so heralded ever hitched his whole tenure to one QB? A coach in his fourth season at that. Fourth year is the year!!!!! Illinois wins. Martinez still can't read a defense. There is no defense for him being out there for four years. Everybody but Frost can read that.

Actually Nebraska got their stool pushed in year 2 48-7 by OSU. They "almost" beat Ohio State in year 1, which is why the "close games = progress" narrative for games this year has been largely misleading. Nebraska lost to Ohio State, Colorado and Iowa by a combined total of 13 points in 2018, exact same margin of defeat against Oklahoma, Michigan and Michigan State this year. Whoopty ****.
