I have a hard time rooting for any team this guy coaches, since BYU was the dirtiest team in the country when he was there. I’m all for hard hits between the whistles, but his BYU teams specialized in crap aimed at ending opponents’ season - or careers.
He is just another dude. If I was spending my money, I wouldn't spend the millions it would take to bring in Mendenhall to coach Nebraska.
neither has Campbell, Aranda, or Leonhard.

It is a moot point because Campbell will either have a job offer that far exceeds current Nebraska status, or won't be offered a job and will end up as a .500 coach at Iowa St and will never coach again at the P5 level. But you continue your flip flopping exercise.
if he was getting smoked by a B1G team yearly and turning FCS teams into rivals I wouldn't be interested.

I'm not comparing him to Frost. If we are making a change you have to go get someone who has done something. He's under performed a lot. No thanks on Bronco.
Playing hard is not enough. There are plenty of guys ahead of him on the list that should coach at Nebraska.

I don’t trust any team from the ACC. I’m sure Bronco is great. Outside of Clemson they make the B1G West look like the SEC West.

Bronco is a Mike Riley level hire. I didn't put him on my list of potential coaching candidates for that reason. He isn't as good as Matt Campbell and others.

looks like he's dropped 3 straight against G5 teams, including being shut out by Fresno State then putting up 3 against New Mexico.
Why would anyone want Bronco. His best year was 9-5. Might as well call Smiling Mike Riley and see if he is available
Mike Riley had 2 Belitnikoff winners and put QBs in the NFL. I think that far exceeds Bronco's pedigree.
