I thought it would be right around a TD. My prediction:


We will have all the bet your life savings on Purdue posts. Nebraska will play well and win by a couple scores. The people predicting a loss will quickly turn and tell everyone how much Purdue sucks and the win doesn’t matter. On the flip side, the win will get the Frost believers/optimists hopes up for the OSU game, where they will once again be heart broken and angry.

You left out the part where antirowboat becomes a Frost disciple again after a victory over Purdue and a moral victory over OSU only to be calling for his head again after the loss to Wisconsin only to jump back on the bandwagon after a close, hard-fought loss to Iowa.

If the Huskers spend the two weeks figuring out how to double cover Bell—Huskers by 6.
If they spend the two weeks doing what they normally do—Purdue by 13.

they probably used their eyes and saw that Nebraska can compete with legit top 10 teams.

but what do they know? they're just the people putting their money where their mouth is.

My question is how? I don't think Purdue is good by any means, but we suck as well. #5 is probably going to have like 5 sacks.

Big Ten! This conference is basically all the same crappy team. Even the "good" teams suck. Iowa, who was just ranked 2nd is a dog on the road to a crappy Badger team.

The teams in this conference have more smoke and mirrors than my old Grindr Errrr Tinder profile.

IIRC Frost hasn’t won a game coming off a bye week. Combine that with the performance against Minnesota, and I don’t see that losing trend changing.
