The refs tried to stop ISU with one of the worst unsportsmanlike conduct penalties I ever seen.

5 minutes to go and Iowa State retakes the lead. This would be Matt Campbell's 10th win against a ranked team at Iowa State.

Time for some dipsh*t to come belch up how bad both of these coaches are and how Illinois would somehow beat them both…

good win. like the resiliency to continue answering when going down and also staving off a late drive.

Think Okie St got screwed on that 4th down spot. The receiver's body never touched the ground until he was across the 40. He was laying on other guys and rolled inside the line to make. But didn't figure they'd overturn the call.

Not today.
Terrible spot. They picked up the first on that last play. The guys torso was across the 40 for Christ sake. Still, I think they said he was 5-1 in his last 6 one score games. Seems like he can pull out a win more than not.

Campbell beats yet another Top 10 team, but I’m sure his haters here will still say he’s no better than Frost 😁

Should have hired Campbell instead of Frost. No question who is the better coach.

it's a game they won by less than they were expected to.

big whoop
Id be happy to be in their position. He'll, I'd be happy to have their coach atm. I don't care who you are, a win against a top 10 team is something to be excited about and proud of. Chill and let them enjoy their moment.

They will be around on Tuesday and Wednesday saying he isn't a good coach, is overrated, blah blah. Those people are the Frost Cult members.

Some of you don't get it. OSU is a lame 6-0.

They were 7 point dogs today, paper tiger. You will never see top 10 vs unranked where the top 10 team is getting points.

For as much as some of you claim to be smart fans you sure don't show it.

Matt is that friend we all have that tries to convince you that his girlfriend is a 10 when she is really a soft 6.

Can you find me a win like this by Scott Frost at Nebraska?

They apparently didn't have the camera angle from the side of the field where the ref spotted him short. The guy with his back to the camera came running in with his foot at least a foot further up the field than the guy whose spot they used. Unfortunately I don't think they view they had of the pile up was good enough to overturn what may have been a bad spot from the far ref.

Don't care if you like Campbell or not, but from where we're sitting there's no such thing as a lame 6-0.

Yeah there is...you just saw it today.
Saw it last week with Iowa.
Saw it a few years ago with Riley at NU.

Don't get me wrong, I would rather NU be a lame 6-0 too but you know what I mean.

Nebraska could beat both of those teams

Ok State had a better defense than usual, but there offense is full of holes and inconsistencies.

Iowa State is practically a lesser Minnesota

We could beat any good team out there... but we won't

Being a pathetic program for several years has really taken its toll on some of the “greatest fans”. They have reverted to exactly what Cyclone fans were back when they only win 3-4 games a year.

So with that posters logic, Iowa fans were right back when they claimed Nebraska didn’t belong in the top 10 year after year and that our record was lame because we only played one tough team for many years in the Big 8.

Yeah, Campbell's beaten more Top 10 teams at lowly Iowa State, than the entire Nebraska football program has beaten in the last 20 years. But somehow he wouldn't be a good enough hire for our esteemed football program 😄

He'll end up leading USC or some other blue-blood program back to prominence, and some will still say he's overrated because he couldn't win meaningless non-conference games against Iowa.
