I think it is? If oline doesn't know what they're doing, no scheme will work
they have to keep it simple for everyone if they are 1 year...
if we can master the output of the transfer portal
and start retaining more veterans, you can make things more complex
although some players maybe all world physically, but struggle to walk and chew gum mentally..
so you have to keep it simple for them also.
that's where coaching comes in to discern all that mess
