Matt Campbell's buyout is only $4M through Dec. 31, 2028. Same as Dave Aranda.

I'd rather look at what it costs to hire someone, not what other schools would need to pay to fire someone.

I believe frost is the only coach on that list to have not posted a single winning record in his first three years at their power 5 school - excluding Fickell

any big time program wouldn’t bat an eye to pay their current coaches buyout and buy out Fickell.

You can add several million to buy out Frost's assistants to that 20 Million. That's a toe stubber but ultimately when your game day revenue from ticket sales and concessions is somewhere around 8-10 million, an empty stadium gets very expensive. Ticket sales and booster support are very important to a coach's longevity.
