I really struggled making this pick, this is me trying to be positive. At this point we should maybe be making picks on how NU throws away a win. I'm really hoping though (just like we all are), just cautious.

I feel a letdown coming and everyone will be back on the fire Frost train. Have had some real progress, but because Frost hates Fleck and vice versa I think we try to hard and don't play well again.

If this doesn't happen, it's probably 54-10 NU

Minnesota will pass more this week..... and their success / failure will decide whether they keep it close or lose big. I think they keep it close.

After the last couple tough losses to ranked teams and after what happened in lincoln last year I predict NU goes northwestern style on them and MN will get the full blackshirt treatment...

Minnesota has a beast of an offensive line and are deep at RB. They will grind NU hard this game and shorten the game. Make every possession count and wait for NU to make a mistake in the 2nd half to take the lead. Same score as last year.

I have a hard time believing that Minnesota scores 25 points in 5 minutes, especially with the way our defense has been playing.

MN doesn't have the offense this year to grind out a game. They haven't done it in any game this season once they lost their star RB. They also lost a starting OL to the portal.
