And then, according to what the apparent intended target told the Greeley Tribune, Max tried to hit the fan with the clipboard. But it was that kind of day for the Bears, and he missed his spot, hitting an older fan several seats away.

I mean, no one cares about that school, it is not like it happened in a big time game.
Hell, no need to even return the calls or emails and it all just goes away.
I graduated from UNC, was excited when McCaffrey was hired there. Hope he is able to stick it out and improve the program. But this is a really funny story.
A coach busted an elderly fan in the face with a clipboard. I am surprised it didn't get more attention honestly.
Back in my day, it was floods that you got heckled for.. not tight pants. Not that curious to see these ball crushers to be honest..
I really enjoyed Greeley and the school. At the time Greeley was 50,000 people and the school was 10,000. Not sure now. I wanted to be a decent sized school near the mountains and Denver. Had family in Denver so spent time there when I was homesick. Ended up being a great location to get to the Ski hills and Ft Collins and Boulder.
That was when UNC was in the same division as the North and South Dakota's and UNO. UNC was not good so it did not get in the way of watching the Huskers, lol. After I left they hired Joe Glenn and they won a couple Division 2 titles. I was out of there by then.
