How many have they had on the season? It seems as though they have been better this year…

If we have any, they will likely happen on punt returns. Just because.

I don’t think we had any against OU, and just the one against Sparty, that we lost anyway. Fumbling really hasn’t been the issue this year, weird thread. I’ll say one or none.

I was gonna say the exact same. I’m very much picturing all the pressure on fielding punts morphing into muffing a catch.

I’m impressed the RBs have not fumbled other than I remember Morrison getting one back- and Ervin on his injury.

Both of AM’s fumbles were frankly inexcusable from an experienced QB. He needs to do better, but at least he’s improved from prior years it seems.

Every time we complete a catch I’m yelling at the screen “don’t fumble.”. Falck was carrying his loaf loose on one of his catches and the defender nearly hit the ball out as he was twisting to the ground.

For those asking about this "weird" topic, we have had 9 fumbles and lost 5. Our opponents have had 2 and lost 1.

So we are avg 1.8 fumbles a game.

So as good as the defense is playing, we really need to work on takeaways. We dont strip the ball much or get many interceptions.

I think we will have a snap over the punters head for our special teams weekly kick in the nuts this week.

I think just stick with wrapping up for now. Start going for the ball and bad habits return with missed/broken tackles not far behind.

I can honestly say I didn't consider zero when making it.

I was thinking it was going to rain making the ball slick.

Would you pick zero?
There is only a slight chance of rain Saturday night. Weather channel app says 24% chance of rain. I don’t think rain will be much of a factor
