You really have to love fans and their rational well-reasoned thinking. Laughing

During the Clemson loss to NC State, we get this gem:

"If you people really think these kids who have never played a season where the goal was making a bowl game are going to lay it all out to win a meaningless bowl game, you’re dead wrong.
BC kills us next week,
We will be 2-3 needing 5 wins (SC State is a FCS win) to make a bowl game... these 5* kids won’t care
Grady Jarrett *2Ben Boulware *3Vic Beasley *3Hunter Renfrow Walk on.
All these guys had character and defined our program, we sold out to kids worried about NIL, NFL, and stats, not Clemson.
We sold out to the 5* athlete philosophy and got burnt."

It’s funny Clemson fans wondering if they’ll even be bowl eligible when they play in the weakest power five conference. Nebraska would probably win 8-9 games in that conference and we’re freaking terrible.

All they need is a qb and an OL and they'd be a great team. Their new qb is god awful.

Just goes to show what I been saying for weeks on here. Every team is complaining about their offensive line....even the teams that have done it year and year out with the best players and coaching. Dabo and Jimbo didn't become dummies overnight!

The days of going weeks without sacks and gaping holes every week are all but over. The key now is to have a QB who can make quick reads, move a little bit, and make decisive ACCURATE THROWS!!

I have some sympathy for aTm fans, they never quite get over the hump and play in a brutal division. Good sense of humor too.
Clemson, though, sheesh. 2 championships in the last 5 years and an easier conference. Ukulele isn't Trevor Lawrence or D. Watson. Get over it.

Imagine leaving a conference in order to (in part) get away from Bevo. So that you have a built in Texas recruiting advantage in your conference. And start having success. Then here comes Bevo like a family of 14 coming onto your section of beach, coolers, towels, kites, and dogs in tow.

TAMU fans are the most delusional fans to deal with. When I lived in Houston it was almost comical to listen to them talk. You would think they were Alabama, yet have never won anything. I always got a good chuckle out of them. I know our fan base is bad sometimes, but listening to them they took the cake.

I hope this is to point out that fans of other teams can be ridiculous too. Many names here that used to provide good takes....well used too. Feels very traumatized around here. Go Big Red!

Well, to the point about winning stuff, yeah, when Nebraska fans whine about it, it’s because they have won stuff. Dozens of conference championships and 5 national championships.

We may whine, but the reason we whine is because we know what championships feel like.

No...we would win 4 games...and be really close to winning another 5 but piss them away in unthinkable ways in the last few minutes of the game

no offense, but you have to be pretty dumb to think the ACC is a tougher conference than the B1G.

5 B1G teams in the top 10, and the ACC's highest ranked team is Wake Forest? Northwestern could run the table in that conference most years.
