Don’t remember… It’s been too long Since we had a play worthy of throwing the bones….didnt we used to get 15 yard penalties when a defender would make an X with their arms after a big play?
I don't remember that ever happening. Perhaps throwing the bones along with some other stuff but not just the bones.didnt we used to get 15 yard penalties when a defender would make an X with their arms after a big play?
AgreedPlayers, fans, and even opposing coaches need to go overboard with the Whorns down sign until the officials and school declare the situation a lost cause. Screw 'em.

You forgot Joe Bob!Texas lawyers Billy Bob, Jim Bob and Bobby Bob must have dirt on the NCAA to get such a frivolous ruling.
Isn't it when the cow has his horns down, he's coming after you? I'd much rather him have his horns up and not charging me...
Sadly, that picture is so old… I wish we had more pictures like that.

For those who didn’t read the article, it’s only a penalty if you direct the horns down at an opposing player. In other words, taunting. You can do a general horns down gesture to the crowd. But yet they are allowed to do the horns up sign. Ridiculous
So throwing the bones is taunting..Taunting is a penalty whether it be with horns down or any other gesture.

Horns up in an opposing player’s face would also be taunting. We can debate about whether taunting should be a penalty, but there’s no double standard here.
Yea , I love this they won’t run the SEC like the other two conference’s they ruined, so they better be prepared to show some think skin…IF texass bolts there'll be plenty of horns down
