Yeah. We're about to take ownership of the B1G. I am so pumped. It might be time for me to bite the bullet and subscribe to D-1.Boom, CWS in the future of this program…
No reason not to be one of the top 2 teams in the B1G every year moving forward..
He wasn't ready to retire. The rumor mill had him in the running for pitching coach at LSU. The Aggie's baseball board said his house was on the market a few days ago.Wow. That’s big.
I’m going to regret asking...by why the heck would he take that job?

Stop the smoke screen and make it official RonnieKlassy already making moves!
Believe next year the season starts in early March... Moving the season a little later from now on..boy… can’t wait for February! Might have to make a trip somewhere warm to watch the boys plays ball
Not a bad opening shot! Want more of this? Got to get down with the Klassy. Maybe he'll bring in Wade Phillips to oversee the defenseStop the smoke screen and make it official Ronnie
Technically he wasn't fired, they just didn't renew his contract when it expired. A&M just wanted to see if they could do better in baseball I think. Kind of like getting rid of Frank Solich years ago at Nebraska. Why was he fired?
I think A&M wanted to move on from him for a while and not making the NCAA tournament for the first time in his tenure there was the opening. Why was he fired?
My hunch is that this is a job to tide him over until somebody else comes calling to run their program. With an expiring contract there was no golden parachute for him to hang out for a couple of years with. A&M had to have hurt their program by keeping a lame duck coach around. With their history and location they should be able to get things rolling quickly though.Technically he wasn't fired, they just didn't renew his contract when it expired. A&M should tap the brakes. They've made six CWS appearances in 70 years with a total of two wins. Well we'll see if an offer comes along that he can't refuse but personally I think it's more of a job for him until he is ready to retire. He's said for some time he always planned to retire to Lincoln and reportedly already had owned a retirement home in the area.My hunch is that this is a job to tide him over until somebody else comes calling to run their program. You should live in South Texas or encounter some of their fan base. They think they are gods gift to everything and that their stupid *** ring they all get holds the key to eternal life. It was almost comical sometimes to listen to the Ag fans when I lived in the Houston area. You would think they have won 10+ Natties in all sports and they are better than Bama in football.A&M should tap the brakes. They've made six CWS appearances in 70 years with a total of two wins. I guess that I don't know how old he is so maybe that's possible. Seems like some baseball coaches stick with it a long time.Well we'll see if an offer comes along that he can't refuse but personally I think it's more of a job for him until he is ready to retire.
