International students and NIL

I am clueless about this sort of thing, but do student visas preclude all international students from obtaining employment while enrolled in school?
Why doesn't he just say he's here illegally from Mexico? Then he can do what ever he wants.
We honestly don't know. There could be for all we know. Evidently it says you must be a us citizen??? Tuco I will do some research unless you want to go there first!!
A quick search shows that International Students, can only work 20 hours per week on campus during the time school is in session and 40 hours when it is not in session. I tend to agree, however in this case, I was joking around with the guy who wrote about people doing things the right way getting screwed. So I asked if people doing it the wrong way we’re getting some benefit from NIL. Oh well if that is being a total dick ***, I guess I’m guilty.
