Wow. I don’t blame him, but it’s not like BF’s involvement is news.
You can’t just wash it off and everything is ok. Too many ex-players involved in the lawsuit against Iowa for it not to be a big issue. Doyle was offered up as a sacrifice, but that is not enough. The only way the hawks get away from this is with a whole new staff at this point because KF is not getting rid of his son. They are taking it in the shorts recruitingwise.

Yeah no one really cares but you guys start a thread about him being forecasted to Mizzou... Keep going with that no one cares mentality .... You probably think the "N" on your helmet stands for knowledge.
That was dumb 30 years ago, quit stealing Colorado’s attempt at shade

I agree, but since then he put Iowa in his top group, visited Iowa and got several crystal balls for Iowa. He also has a bunch of Iowa crap on his Twitter. And of course he has CJ and crew in his ear.

He grew up a hawk fan. Now he has to make a decision on being a part of a program which requires a much deeper evaluation. It is still possible that he goes there but there appears to be many folks in his inner circle that are telling him it is too risky to make that decision with his future at stake. There aren’t any illusions that he chooses ISU since he has been a lifelong hawk fan, so the alternative is what many consider the strongest conference in cfb….the SEC.

You joined in April 2014 and have one post. Eat three burritos and call me in the morning, stat.
Good Lord, Nubs fans really aren’t very bright.

You are as clueless about how Rivals works as you are about the state of your football program.

Just go back to your message board where Misouri will not be heard from ever as SEC champs.

We know have Rivals works. Pathetic, obsessed losers from teams no one cares about, run over to other teams message boards to run their mouths, in an attempt to feel better about themselves.

Are you still on campus?

Countless more people from Nebraska travel to Missouri than vice versa.

It’s amusing that so many people from Nebraska and other surrounding states travel to Missouri to spend time and money in the Ozarks, catch a Royals, Chiefs or Cardinals game. In many instances, Missouri becomes their permanent home as that’s where they find employment.

Wise up Nubs! You poor folks want and need Missouri for leisure and employment.

Lol, so risky for a tightend to go to Iowa! How many guys that played TE for Kirk Ferentz have cashed NFL paychecks?

Brian Ferentz isn’t a factor in MRD’s decision whatsoever. Name image likeness on the other hand is massive. Auburn is playing that angle up and by all accounts, it’s working very well.

NIL is just an excuse his camp is using. Those in his inner circle are concerned about racism since the coach involved in the lawsuit is still coaching at Iowa.

I said that I didn’t look at where each site rated them, but that Devon Jackson is the one with all the big offers. He also has massive athletic upside. To me he is the clear #1. Woods, Hausmann and Helms all seem like talented kids too, but Jackson seems to be much more of a National recruit.
I think you're right. Woods was also a national recruit when you consider that LSU, Florida, Texas A&M, Notre Dame and Penn State offered him. But when he isn't allowed to visit unless its on his own dime and he isn't allowed to commit to any of those places, should that really count? In the end, Woods chose Missouri over Iowa, Iowa State and Arizona State. Woods did not snub LSU and Florida for Iowa State. We can call Woods a four star if we like, but a four star who chooses between Missouri and Iowa State is not in the same league as a four star who chooses Clemson over A&M and Auburn. Much of the Husker fan base hasn't wrapped their head around that yet.

I think Devon Jackson has only visited Miami so far. But I consider Miami to be 2nd or 3rd tier right now-- on par with an Iowa, Missouri, etc. but if he visits a higher profile school like Oklahoma, A&M or Notre Dame on an official, I think he would certainly be a level above Woods.

Brian Ferentz is a problem for Iowa with his racist actions over the years. Fans can ignore or rationalize it any way they want, but it is going to be the hawks Achilles heel. I hope that BF gets the head coaching position in IC as it will guarantee a complete collapse. The stain won’t wash out until he is gone.

But, it doesn’t keep you away from all that Missouri has to offer.

I followed Jackson’s recruitment for about a year & what I was told from the ND side was that they liked his speed but it didn’t translate to the field. I also read other teams felt the same way. They didn’t see him as an elite football player. So that’s why a lot of the top programs backed off. I’m curious to see how things turn out with him.

Like hang out on another team’s message board?
Maybe Nubs haven’t figured out how to do multiple things at once.

In Missouri, being on Rivals is something that can be done while also enjoying many great things our state offers.

Is being on Rivals actually the entertainment for Nubs? I hope not. That would be sad and pathetic.

What is odd is Missouri fans think they just won the super bowl because of an overrated recruit from Nebraska.

News flash - the 2023 instate Nebraska kids have already committed to Nebraska and more on the way.

You got one Nebraska kid - nobody ******* cares on a national level for college football.

Say what you will about Nebraska, at least they haven’t pussied out of playing the Hawkeyes 5 of the last 6 times they were supposed to meet up.

So why not just come out and say it’s racism? In case things don’t work out at Auburn he can transfer to Iowa? What kind of sense does that make?

I did some reading. He did get an official visit to Miami and was quoted as saying he was "on the verge of scheduling a visit to Oklahoma". So his "top 5" that he came out with only had one school listed that wanted his commitment.

If he’s not saying it so that he can eventually have Iowa as an option to transfer if things don’t work out in Auburn, then it’s not as big of an issue to him. If it was that big of an issue it would never be an option to go to Iowa.

lol @ Nebraska fans acting like they are a better destination than mizzou

Nebraska is absolutely a better destination for a college football player in every way imaginable.

The tradition, facilities, fan support, etc are light years better at Nebraska. Not to mention a way better town and way better campus. The only thing Mizzou has going for it is the privilege of getting pummeled by the big dogs in the SEC and then chanting SEC, SEC, while living vicariously through them.

Starting to research what the 2023 class looks like in Nebraska. Mizzou needs to convince these kids to stay local instead of going to far away SEC schools like Auburn and Georgia. A Mizzou pipeline from Nebraska is pretty exciting.

Well they do have the rocks to sit amongst in the north end zone of "Far Out Field"...... One of my buddies from school there was the grand poobaa of the Antlers. He just seethed hatred for Nebraska.
