If Delta 8 THC is sold in NE, then “weed” is legal. Kind of a Bud Light version, but beggars can’t be choosers.

sadly, when metabolized, it shows up on drug tests. Only down side at the moment. Delta 8 supposedly gives ones the nice effect without anxiety, paranoia.

Even if weed were legalized, there will always be companies that drug test their employees.

But I imagine more and more companies would wave it. Some companies in legal states are starting to already.
My wife's nursing home here in Kansas doesn't drug test for Marijuana

Kansas Governor to put forth Bill to legalize Medical Marijuana. One small step at a time that will probably not pass with all the old, backwards ones still clinging on to yesteryear.

Which state will be the last state to legalize adult-use Marijuana?

I'm betting it will be the states without a ballot initiative, like Kansas.

Not sure it should matter why they smoke. Can atheletes only partake in activities that advance their game? Why do people drink?
Moron, pot is illegal in most states and if you are 21 than drinking is legal.
You get that?

I hope states never legalize pot. I worked out of Seattle to much to see the effects it has on people, community and normal people.
Just sick!

I support legalizing weed in the hopes that it reduces alcohol dependence in this country.

Alcohol is by far the worst from a social and societal perspective.

marijuana didn't cause that
Ok. People who have to turn to pot are weak and I will go ahead and spell it out. If not for medical use, kids just want attention, think their cool and no other way to put it: weak minded pu..y a..es.
Lets move along now!
This topic doesn't deserve anytime.

Yeah Denver and surrounding communities have totally fallen apart since the legalization of marijuana...normal people spouting jibberish in the middle of the road, kids partaking in the devil's lettuce then going on wild shooting sprees every which way, malls aren't safe, way too many stoners and potheads roaming the stores like coked-up death squads. Yeah it's pretty crazy out here.

People against weed seem to have communistic ideals with things they don't like.
"For the children"
Why don't we illegalize fast food, for the children.

Great idea
just the beginning.
If we did make dangerous things illegal, eventually everyone will have something made illegal that they love.
then they wouldn't give a **** about "the children"

ban alcohol, guns, gambling, tobacco, caffeine, porn, violent movies/games, candy, dogs, football "for the children"

I don't have children and I pay for schools. Why must my life be curtailed for others' children. I don't dislike kids, but that is the most overused pile of sap there is.
