Any info on EMC? Was excited by his film when he committed. Wondering if he’ll become a “guy”? I know he played some special teams this year

I vaguely remember hearing that he wasn’t B10 “strength” ready and was pretty raw. I’d say a good off season with War Daddy and spring ball can get this guy up to speed. At worst we could use him on special teams.

I was thinking the same, except can he play OLB? Also, is Gavin Wright playing OLB? They both at least have the necessary speed.

I always assumed he’d need a year to develop. Not a lock to produce, but I sure hope he pans out. Looked explosive on film. I like him , Reimer and Henrich blowing things up in the middle if we can make it happen.

I would guess that learning the defense will be tougher than getting bigger/stronger for this kid. Could also see him moving to safety if that's easier for him and better for our defense.

Wright was playing OLB, I think Clements was at ILB. Wright could be like JoJo where he is versatile enough to cover receivers, rush the passer, etc. Clements seems a little undersized, but I’ll take quick guys like Reimer and Lavonte David over big, slow guys anyday.

I think Wright’s been injured for seemingly most of his time in Lincoln. When guys are off the field that long, it makes me worry about their development coming back. We could sure use him to step into a role.

there are so many numbers at LB there will be a lot of these guys who will never play much at all in their career at NEB because there are just too many numbers to overcome
