First and foremost new Oline coach. ? for the board can Held be moved to O Line? May likely benefit from a RB coach of color.

First and foremost for me, for the umteenth time we've got to be better at special teams. Only bright spot has been culp but that miss was huge.

We need some Charlie mcbride, John Melton, Cletus Fischer, Milt tenopir types. Mean, hard ***, honest coaches that aren't afraid to be straight up with the kids but they'll run through a brick wall for because they were great teachers

one year thorough search by a committee of past and current experts. salaries based heavy on results/performance,
one year for frost and co. to get their **** together or else. clearly spelled out for them.

I'm as upset as anyone else but if we fire Frost I'll likely have to google who our next hire would be, as I did when we hired Smiling Mike.

I don’t like Frosts results but we can’t fire him, not yet. He’s got to be given another year or we’re pulling the trigger to fast like we have before. I just want to see him land a couple top notch recruits to get some momentum. Ultimately talent is going to bail him out because his scheme sure isn’t.

I don’t think he’ll be able to get out of his own way. Give him one more year then I think it’s time. 4 consecutive loss seasons is not even acceptable at Rutgers.

At the end of every season, head coaches evaluate their program and are evaluated by their AD in season end meetings. Scott Frost needs to come to that meeting with Moos with a plan to improve the staff making the needed changes. This happened at USC in the off-season which saved Clay Helton. If Scott Frost doesn't do this, Moos needs to communicate what changes he needs to see and if they aren't made he'll be making changes for Frost.

Agreed if we want to keep Frost around, this better be happening.

I won’t give Frost a complete pass for this year but I don’t think he should be fired this year. However, if he starts with 4 losing seasons I Don’t think you can keep him any longer. I never imagined this, but he would need to go. I hope he makes the necessary changes this offseason that might buy him some time even if they go 5-7. Even though Chinander has improved this year I could see frost changing that side of the ball a little.

I think Frost would get two more years from the fans if he got a splash hire like a Gus Malzahn for OC or Lovie Smith DC. Not necessarily those guys but the fans would be patient with Frost if he shows he won’t be patient with losing.

I think he gets two more seasons. If he doesn’t make a bowl game he needs to be gone. This team of his is a complete $h!t show and is only getting worse. You can’t blame sloppy, undisciplined football on youth forever. At some point he has to realize whatever he is doing isn’t working. But like most I fear his arrogance/pride will get in the way.

Illinois put up with five straight losing seasons with Lovie Smith before firing him. I think Nebraska does the same with Frost.
