So what's the situation with the Illini QBs? Due to covid they played a young mobile QB?
Who starts Saturday, and what does he do well?

If you are in Illinois, you could probably answer those questions better than we could. So what's the situation with the Illini QBs? Due to covid they played a young mobile QB?

All my neighbors went to Illinois. Not 1 knows a thing about the football team. More Bears dedicated blockIf you are in Illinois, you could probably answer those questions better than we could.
I am in IL as well. The next time I hear Illini footbal talk on local sports radio will be the first time I hear it!! Literally zero local talk occurs on college footballIf you are in Illinois, you could probably answer those questions better than we could.
Our linebackers will need to have a good day pursuing and tackling.A mobile one
Sometimes the starter lights us up right from the get-go.As is always the case with NU, they'll start the game with one QB who is trying at every turn to give us the game. Then they'll pull him or he'll get hurt, and their backup will start lighting us up.
I am a little concerned highlights
There is something really off-putting about that woman announcer's voice, hard to listen to.I am a little concerned highlights
Not really Williams passing I’m concerned about given our history with mobile qbs. That 39% completion rate is terrifying. If Luke “can’t pass” how bad is this guy?

That's indecent exposureThis is from an article posted before the Rutgers game about Williams. Peter’s is out due to covid protocol. Backup has injury:
Williams is the second highest-ranked prep recruit to sign with Illinois, choosing an opportunity to play quarterback at Illinois over opportunities to play wide receiver or defensive back at some of the top programs in the country, including Alabama, Michigan and Ohio State. He has played some snaps at wide receiver for Illinois. But Saturday will be Williams' first big opportunity to show that he can be the future starting quarterback at Illinois and potentially the future face of the program.
For real? I’d think, like us, they’d want to get on with the future. And winning is winningPeters will start with a short leash. That is what the Illini fans are predicting. That also sounds like what Lovie would do.
Are you worried that their backup QB will have a career day against the Nebraska D?oh joy. a backup qb....
For real? I’d think, like us, they’d want to get on with the future. And winning is winning
Chicago media is too concerned with the pro teams. When Illini are good in football or basketball they will get some coverage. When they are their normal bad then nothing. Northwestern is the same.I am in IL as well. The next time I hear Illini footbal talk on local sports radio will be the first time I hear it!! Literally zero local talk occurs on college football

We thought we had a decent chance to land Williams here
I’m not 100% certain, but pretty sure we wanted him at ATH/WR. I think you’re right. At QB? I thought he went to Illinois because they were his only offer at QB.
