Not a social media person but a family friend told me its a social media company that doesn't censor or minimize those they don't agree with. I guess they gained 5 million new subscribers today alone.
I stopped using Facebook in August. The Qanon stuff was too much

It's more like Twitter.Isn't Parler just Facebook for QAnonsters? RollingLaugh
Some people are fed up with twitters biased censoring of conservatives. I guess a lot of people are.Not a social media person but a family friend told me its a social media company that doesn't censor or minimize those they don't agree with. Will the real Slim Racists please stand upAll the racist raise your hands.
I have seen a lot of my friends post this. It’s funny that Facebook and Twitter finally do something about fake news and people can’t handle being called out so they had to create a new site. It’s just another site for people to live in a bubble and not deal with reality.
If only we could figure out your agenda???All the racist raise your hands.
Will the real Slim Racists please stand up
(hopefully you caught the Eminem reference there) 3:1 for sureWhat is the ratio for Slim Racist to Obese Racist?
(hopefully you caught the Eminem reference there) 3:1 for sure
lol good to keep a little humor in society right now.Oh I did! And I laughed for sure. It's good that I did because ish is scary this morning.
If only we could figure out your agenda???
Booo!I switched to Parler. The censorship of conservatives in our nation is getting scary. We are on a slippery slope with this suppression of our 1st amendment rights. All should be concerned.
Maybe just talk to real people in real life and not on social media and you don't have to worry about being censored. It's actually pretty nice.I switched to Parler. thats funny. hundreds of thousands of people plowed billions into this race. people have no idea which people or which businesses they are supporting that gave money to their hated enemies.People are pissed at how many votes Zuckerberg was able to buy. He plowed a few hundred million into this race.
hardly anyone is concerned. promoting lies to uneducated people everyday is much more dangerous than sticking a label on 1 in every 1,000,000,000,000 posts on twitter.I switched to Parler. Maybe there should be freedom of choice. Those that want social media can use it and those that don't want social media can stay off it. What makes me nervous is when people try to make that decision for other people. Let everyone choose their own way.Maybe just talk to real people in real life and not on social media and you don't have to worry about being censored. It's actually pretty nice.
Prove that it's fake news. Because I ran an experiment and posted something that had been published by the MSN, then retracted, so Facebook censored it. Then not even two weeks later, BAM. MSN got back at it. Please wake up. This isn't a game.I have seen a lot of my friends post this. It’s funny that Facebook and Twitter finally do something about fake news and people can’t handle being called out so they had to create a new site. I agree with you. But that clearly isn't happening. So someone has to adjust. Why not control your own actions instead of being mad at an internet site for making their own decisions?Maybe there should be freedom of choice. I'm not leaving Facebook but that's my choice. For others, isn't choosing to leave Facebook and going to Parler just that - ie. controlling your own actions?I agree with you. But that clearly isn't happening. So someone has to adjust. Why not control your own actions instead of being mad at an internet site for making their own decisions?
Personally I think the whole concept of social media and what it does is one of the top 3 issues in this nation. Has done nothing in 2020 but make things worse, and it's showing it's true colors. So, unless it's following Husker Athletics, count me out.I'm not leaving Facebook but that's my choice. For others, isn't choosing to leave Facebook and going to Parler just that - ie. controlling your own actions?
I find it humorous (and disturbing at the same time) that some people are bashing an alternative social media site. Let there be as many alternatives as possible. Only people who want to see others views being controlled would hate the availability of alternatives.
