I don't think he has enough arm strength. His sideline pass to Fleming was a wobbler.

Wobbly passes from lack of arm strength lead to ints. Luke was not so accurate of his fourth quarter throws except when NW was playing loose.

It's not only the talent. It is the play design. I see far too many plays where multiple receivers are close together. Christ, the field is 53 yards long.
