I heard this summer he was tearing it up looking like Terrell Owens. When the season got cancelled he started disappearing and acting foolish. In September he got the corona and has recovered but mentally has been absent. So he is in the dog house.

This is what I’ve heard. Not saying it’s 100% true.

that at least makes a semblance of sense. Could have been an in house suspension for slacking off a bit

This is way more realistic. The injury story , especially after some of his tweets made little sense

During Big Red Overreaction after the Ohio State game, Benning said Omar is not hurt and then both Gary Sharp and Damon Benning went on a mini rant about player behavior and how the coaches had to set a precedent.
So I’ll take that as meaning he was in the dog house.

No question he would make our offense closer to what Frost envisioned here when coming here from UCF...
Agree, I really think the offense is holding this program back @ the moment. Yes i know Chins defense can't stop anyone either but if the offense was performing like the high wire act it was @ UCF I really think the whole team would benefit from it and get some much needed swag.

The offense needs to be able to score 42 points a game minimum, because this defense isn’t gonna hold anyone under 35.

IMO Omar is the difference between a decently comfortable 10 point win and the game being a coinflip against Northwestern.

Having that vertical threat is THAT important to this offense, it gives the TE's, Wandale and McCaffrey so much more space to catch and run.

We need this offense to be more consistent, that would enable the Defense to go out and play loose and take chances aka turn teams over more. We had a chance in the OSU game right before half time to drive the ball down the field and do one of three things, scored TD and take lead, kick a field goal and tie it or just drive the ball and keep it to a 3 point game. Instead we go backwards 20 yds punt and go in down 10.
