Couldn't care less what an Iowa kicker says about Nebraska. Just makes me laugh out loud. I guess though on the positive side it adds a little bit to the rivalry which is good.

Also their obsession with our blue blood status and why they can’t fill their quaint little stadium while we have filled our larger stadium for decades.

Is JLB the Iowa kicker? Both have tiny hard ons for him!!
You just talked about him, bet it made him ***. Ooops, I just did too. Or is there a refractory period for you getting off from posts that mention you JLB?

It's gonna be another awesome Thanksgiving game.

Iowa has all sorts of team chemistry issues to deal with.

The final score? Huskers 27 Hawkeyes 24

It would be nice to be on the right side of the last second FG this time. Hopefully our kicker wouldn’t act like a little girl though.

Nah, a husker friend pointed out the weekly hawkeye post on this board so had to come see what pathetic BS is being said this time.

Nobody cares about your team. I had no Idea that Iowa had two FBS teams for most of my life.

The only time I think about Iowa is when the Huskers played you. You think Hayden Frye is a legendary coach. You think seven wins in twelve tries is something to be lauded as success.

Go blow your buddies. That **** don't fly.

If Nebraska wants to beat Iowa again, they need to avoid having the game come down to special teams.

It took Frost one season and recruiting cycle to catch up to Iowa in the trenches after the abomination of Mike Riley's tenure. But Iowa has been on another planet on special teams compared to the Huskers.

Do I think the addition of Rutledge along with a whole new plethora of high level kickers and punters will help make a difference for the Huskers? Sure.. to an extent. But Iowa's special teams play has been among the best in the country, while Nebraska's have been among the worst.

Nebraska's average starting field position vs. Iowa the last two seasons has been the 17 yard line. Iowa's average starting field position has been the 31.

Nebraska's punting average vs. Iowa the last two season: 38.8
Iowa's punting average vs. Nebraska in that same span - 40.1

Iowa - 3 FGs made over 40 yards the last two games.
Nebraska - 1, and it was right at 40 yards.

Nebraska's kick return average - 13 yards per return.
Iowa's kick return average - 28.5 yards per return

Iowa Touchbacks - 6 for Iowa
Nebraska Touchbacks - -0 for Nebraska.

Of course Nebraska needs to get better in a lot of facets in the game. But when your Special Teams performance is that pathetic, you will never win a close game.

Good data. The good thing is that literally one or two players can fix these.

Glad to know that Frost, the players, and fans circle this game on the schedule every year as a must win revenge game.
