scottsbluff tv channel has a sportcaster that lets animals at the zoo pick the winner of an upcoming nfl game and he tries to outpick the animal. i think this was the same kind of picking only using a fly and the fly decided who won the debate. interesting the fly didnt even have to wait to the end of the debate.

I really hope the term "fake news" is a thing of the past soon.

Then they should start telling the truth and not making up and running with FAKE news stories.
But that's just it. Trump started using term when he didn't like what they were saying. It's now to the point where if Fox says the sky is blue half the country will say fake news due to the source. If cnn says water is wet half will scream they are wrong. No side can have a civil conversation because people are so dug in that they can use the cop-out of well yeah your source is........ It's tiring

Because the.media was complicit in spreading a false narrative. That he was a Russian asset for 3 years.

That he called all Mexican immigrants rapist

That he said white supremacist are good people.

What do you want him to say to that.

Tbey still ask him to deny racism when hes said it a million times then they lie to make you think a certain thing. Like the tax return Bs.

Russia was involved in our election in 2016 and in 2020. He specifically asked Russia to hack the DNC servers (but he was joking?!?), he did call Mexicans drug dealers and rapists and is very soft on any right wing extremism. Those are actual things that happened. If he really was the law and order candidate he would speak out about the Y'all Qaeda crew that was planning to kidnap the Michigan governor. Are media outlets biased? Absolutely and they will put their spin to make whomever they support. It's to the point where is we say Trump paid off a porn star people will say fake news if that story comes from MSNBC. If Fox says Biden had inappropriate contact with a former staffer people will say... Well but look at the source... These things happened. We need to deal with facts no matter the source

Main Street matters. Pennsylvania Avenue doesn’t.

Politicians are for 4 years. Huskers are forever.

The telenovella known as politics has way too many viewers these days.

Journalism isn't what it used to be. I watch CNN or MSNBC and it is nothing but attack and opinion. I rarely see any real journalism, just commentary that poses as fact.

At least with FOX they present the evidence and it is not ignored. Certainly they have opinions but they also have those with opposing views regularly.

I'm not going to defend CNN or MSNBC, but the news is not binary, as so it is often presented here on the board. There are some segments of Fox, the straight up reporting, for example, that is more or less impartial. But the stuff most conservatives reference in conversation is coming from the likes Tucker and Sean, and those dudes are absolute hacks. The real problem with Fox is that it has created this false narrative that all mainstream news is biased, ergo if everything is biased then why not let sources that reflect your worldview further inform your opinions? When that wasn't enough they began to attack facts, and by that I mean the most basic of facts, as in "this guy said this, here's a video of him saying it..."

We as a nation can't debate the issues, in part, because we can't even agree on the facts. To be sure, politics is all about pivoting away from the issues, but the everyday conservative has mastered the "whataboutism" pivot to any serious question. I'm not suggesting the left is innocent, but I have lived my entire life in conservative states, and one of the biggest changes has been the sudden prevalence of the whataboutism as a conservative talking point. No matter the subject, nor how pressing, everything pivots on a whataboutism. It is the most childish response to an adult conversation, but I suppose if the goal is to derail adult conversation, then it is exceedingly effective.

We all know the answer to that. This is why Biden nor Harris will answer the question. They don’t wanna lose any voters by telling the truth. They are despicable. Change the rules to fit your needs in packing the court.

Lmao..Do you not realize there is evidence from the FBI and CIA that Hillary may have started the Russian collussion story to cover her emaild deletion. . Do you know the FBI knew there was no connection to Russia and Trump. Even before the Mueller report.

Do you know they purposely lied to the FISA courts to get a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign? When they knew Trump had done nothing

Do you know an FBI attorney plead guilty to falsely claiming Carter Paige was a Russisn agent when he was actually a CIA asset? To get a FISA warrant.

Do you know they knew the Dossier was fake but still used it as an excuse to get a FISA warrant, multiple times?

Do you know the FBI knew Flynn had done no wrong but didnt close his case so they could do an interview with him improperly admitted to by Comey?

Do you know Joe Biden suggested the weak Logan Act in a meeting about Flynn right before the FBI interview?

Then someone illegally leaked his unmasking to the press.

Do you know Obama was briefed on most of this but lied to the American people about Russia influencing our election.?

And do you know a foreign country was funding Hillary's campaign and the FBI gave her a heads up instead of investigating her. They never told tbe Trump administration they thought Russia infiltrated his campaign?

And the sub source for the Dossier was a Russian agent that the FBI knew about and had connections to the Brooking institute.

If no to any of those there is really nothing to say.

Can we at least do this without the insults. It is tiring to try to have a rational discussion. Also the misogyny here is kinda gross.
your misrepresentation of facts is gross and should be presented as opinion only

hillary says hi..... you do realize she made it up (and paid millions) to make up criminal charges against her opponent. But your probably not serious, just trying to rile everyone up. Trump IS RIGHT that we cannot allow in the future weaponizing the fbi and cia. But if your ok with that good luck when it turns on you

I've been pleasantly encouraged for the november election. If libs are only outnumbered 3/1 on this board then the democrat is almost guaranteed to win...I remember the 2008 poll of this board was 80/20 McCain over Obama...so HO definitely not America. College football certainly attracts a more conservative crowd...highly competitive, male, masculine..although I am not sure how good our team will be when the civil war comes...do we have enough white guys to field a team?
