here is where I come in.. I've seen the videos, the different angles and such.
Those cops hear that kind of stuff (I can't breathe, my hands hurt, my arm, shoulder, neck, etc) every fricken day. It's like somehow they are supposed to make your detention/arrest more comfortable for you..? please.
So, if you watch the vid, that guy wasn't trying to kill him. He was just sort of holding him there. Yes by a knee and his weight on the guys neck.
You want to know why he probably died? Because the crowd was there. The cops were focused on the crowd, watching for someone to let off and come at them.
Your crowd of home boys actually made things worse. Your 'in their face' jibe talking whatever, contributed to this mans' death.
Had there been no threat from the crowd, the cops likely would have been actually focused on that guy, and would have seen him pass out or likely would have noticed.
This idea that he was trying to kill him is insane. It's an involuntary manslaughter, absolutely. But it's not murder.
Now maybe that procedure should be looked at by the police department, because it apparently isn't safe to apply, but does this raise to the level of burning everything down and being the best version of yourself for all the world to see?
I don't think so.
