Probably. I once attended a social function with Frank Solich as the guess speaker. As Solich made his way around the crowd Frank and me ended up standing close to each other. I'm right at six foot and man I towered over Solich.

Man I loved Barron. Back in the day when we had good special teams and seemed to block punts all of the time.

Corey Dixon was also 5'8", I think. Tim Wurth was listed at 5'6", though I don't think he ever started. Courtney Grixby was listed at 5'9" but I have to believe that was on tippy-toes.

Cory Ross was listed at 5'6" and signed as a free agent with the Ravens.

And all these players weighted less than Solich and Mills.. When I mean smallest it height and weight combined..

Baron Miles is actually a Canadian Football League legend. For starters, he is in the CFL hall of fame! Multiple time all star. When he retired, he was the all time CFL leader in blocked kicks and was second all time in interceptions. I believe he is still the huskers' all time leader in blocked kicks. One of my favorite huskers. He is a DBs coach for Edmonton.
