He made a movie called "Six pack" or something like that...very under rated. His movie The Gambler was also good. I bet my best fiends mom way back in the day when Kenny and Dolly released Islands in the Stream that it would not hit #1, I lost. Kenny was great, just great...always loved his music and it told a great story.

I just googled it, he actually did have a restaurant chain called Kenny Rogers chicken. I was like you I thought It was just fictional from Seinfeld

I think a lot of those places got clobbered when supermarkets started doing whole roasted chickens on the cheap. Boston Market just barely survived.
