I'm going with Fryar also. I know he scored a TD in a losing effort with New England vs. Chicago in 1985 (season).
BINGO! Roger Craig and the 49er's vs. the Dolphins in Super Bowl XIX (19) for the 1984 season is correct. Also set single game records for points scored (18) and touchdowns made (3) that have since been tied but not broken.

Yup, Just looked. Ferragamo started Super Bowl XIV for the Rams in 1980 against the Steelers but scored no TD's. 
Who was the most recent Husker to score a touchdown?
Rex was close last year... didn't score but he had the game clinching first down. Sam Koch took a game winning offensive safety a number of years back. Woodhead scored a TD in a losing effort, but he was a Chadron guy.
Anyone know?
Edit - it may have been former Husker linebacker Eric Johnson, who returned a blocked punt for a touchdown for the raiders as they were getting blown out by Tampa Bay.

Maybe Alabama. I read that fact and couldn't believe it was true, but it's definitely a top tier program.
