I tend to agree, but there is zero chance Frost will do it. Frost believes his assistants and system are fine they just have to have more talent. I don't see anything changing staff wise until Frost gets a full team of his players. If they are still struggling, then maybe he will do it. So I don't see any staff changes, at the earliest 2 more years.in Memorial Stadium next year if some changes are not made at the end of this season. Start with hiring a qualified DC who knows what he is doing and a new Special Teams Coach.

Time and recruiting is the only thing that will fix it.
The current recruiting class is ranked 40th in the country. How is that going to fix it?
The low ranking is mostly because of the lack of commits. I have concerns with how we will be able to close out this class, but we do have some really impressive top end guys in this class. The current recruiting class is ranked 40th in the country. How is that going to fix it?
Take a chill pill. Everything will be fine. Frost will do what is required/needed to win long-term.
Because they're THEIR guys. They don't just settle for four star guys who hit their ceiling in high school like Riley did. I'd take developmental classes all day over more Tyjon Lindseys

When it comes to NU football, there may be things I care less about than empty seats in the stadium; but I can't think of any right now.

Through these gates........guess notin Memorial Stadium next year if some changes are not made at the end of this season. Start with hiring a qualified DC who knows what he is doing and a new Special Teams Coach.

Just out of curiosity....Take a chill pill. Everything will be fine. Frost will do what is required/needed to win long-term.
This team isn't 1 deep at all positions. A lot of these guys wouldn't start at most of the other Big schools. Time and recruiting is the only thing that will fix it.

What proof do you have of Frost accomplishing anything "long-term", aside from your fan-boyism?
Not 100% so sure on that. There were thousands of tickets for very cheap as of Sat morning and nobody wanted them. Attendance has been shrinking for years. Its no secret booster and business have had to buy up tickets to keep the sell out streak alive. The season ticket waiting list was once years long, no more. People are losing interest. Especially as the older fans die off, there isn't as many young fans sharing their old family members passion. All these young fans have know is bad Nebraska. If you say so and there are plenty of people waiting to pounce all over those tickets.

Frost came in and rejuvenated husker fans. Everyone thought we would finally have a coach who could flip this. Nobody was expecting instant results, but most were expecting to at the very least see progress from year 1 to year 2. 2 years in and many are losing faith, justified or not. I think people will have hope again at the start of next year, I suspect if we have another rough few games. That those empty seats will become more and more.
oh I guarantee it, it’s just a matter of getting those season holders to let go of them. I seen progress yesterday against Wisconsin and i know on Twitter there was a bunch that hated losing the game but seen progress too. If the cherry *** pansies can’t handle this rebuild...GFTO and sell them tickets. As you can see, I can’t stand these fair weather weenies.
It’s no secret Nebraska, like many schools, haven’t had sellouts every game like they claim. They buy up the left over tickets & donate them to keep the “sellout” streak alive.
This happens everywhere & has happened for years. Read the articles about how ND’s streak ended yesterday. They decided they were no longer going to honor a fake streak & no longer allow it to count when rich alum or the school itself, buy up the tickets needed to make it a sellout & then give them away. If you ever have spent any time in a Nebraska box area it is discussed openly among people how to keep the streak alive.

It's not a fake streak if all of the tickets are in fact being sold. You and a handful of weirdos take it as some sort of personal affront when another game is sold out. You don't have to spend time in the "Nebraska box area" to understand that extra seats are bought up; everyone knows it. Any other breaking news (that everyone already knows) that you can let us in on?
Oh the tickets are indeed SOLD. That’s what they are counting them. Now if someone who buys them suddenly doesn’t come or make it, that doesn’t go against the school and said ticket being sold or not sold.
How about when the school buys them?
Weirdos? LOL
I’m not a Husker fan. I’m neutral to Nebraska. My in-laws are big donors & I attend games with them sometimes.
And yes, it’s a fake streak when the school itself buys the tickets, which has happened.
This fanbase is the best...
lok now you’re just talking stupid. Move along my man.
Ah, that explains it. No, you’re the best!
LOL
You really don’t know anything do you?
Just cover your eyes, ears & pretend all is well...
It’s amazing how there are thousands of tickets available a few days before a game, then poof, a bunch are magically sold & underprivileged families are at the game?
It happens everywhere. And the schools are part of it.
