Am I the only one that gets tired of all this back & forth "chest thumping."?it's very very very clear I'm coming at the whole forum.
is your blood sugar low?
He may not have a hot seat yet, but Chinander has lit the pilot light with his obvious, clueless defensive schemes. When the opposing teams laugh at how easy he is to read, time to move on to someone who knows how to tighten up a defense- not a good buddy Scott can have over for a miserable Thanksgiving dinner.these guys know absolutely NOTHING if they truly think Frosts seat is hot. Now Chins DC spot might be (and probably should be) but Frosts seat isn’t even warm. This **** needs to STOP NOW. It’s going to kill any recruiting momentum we have...if we even have any at the moment. Scott Frost will be here at least till his 4th-5th year and IF, I mean a BIG IF he’s still struggling then, then his seat might get hot.

Not sticking up for the guy, but it wouldn't look so bad if the LB's weren't constantly running themselves out of plays. Maybe he go to the 4-0-7?
Or try a 3 and 8. Anything other than watching slow linebackers slog around on obvious 3rd and long situations, and playing off the receivers. I have never been a coach, but watch for the gaps you see open tomorrow on 3rd down defense. Not sticking up for the guy, but it wouldn't look so bad if the LB's weren't constantly running themselves out of plays. I’ve actually never seen this list, but in all truthfulness things are not looking good for Scott & Co. I haven’t the slightest idea how that translates in to length of tenure, but I would say if this trend continues through 2021 or so, the natives will be more than restless. Here’s to hoping our native son puts an end to all this b.s. and gets the Husker ship turned in the right direction GBR.
I think the posters who are stating flatly that Frost will get the full seven years no matter what happens with regard to W-L records/recruiting are very mistaken - if we go 4-8 the next two years and if recruiting really starts sliding, NU will probably pull the plug after year four - and nobody in the sports media or the coaching community would think that we were being unreasonable. I don't think this disaster scenario will happen, but if it does, NU won't let it go on for seven years.
