It was everyone-- Phil Steele had NU as a most improved team, they took a lot of money on Nebraska and Nebraska still isn't covering any spreads. What is it now? 1-8 against the spread? It's amazing how much of a group of underachievers this group has proven to be.

I think the national view pre-season was even more inflated than local. IMHO.

I’ve said it all season this team isn’t very good, but I do believe they have underachieved. IMHO they haven’t recovered mentally from Colorado, showing they haven’t handled adversity well, which is amazing considering what was done last year after 0-6.
