Huge pick up. Plus he’s teammates with Justin Robinson...maybe he can help us flip that 6’4 4 star WR. GBR

Nebraska added a big piece to its defensive front in

Marquis Black
on Saturday.

The 6-foot-4, 285-pound defensive lineman out of McDonough (Ga.) Eagle's Landing Christian announced his commitment to the Big Red via social media. Black picked NU over offers such as Arizona, Boston College, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Tennessee, Michigan State, South Carolina, Virginia Tech and had 20 or total offers to his name. Black becomes the 14th known verbal commit for Nebraska's 2020 recruiting class.

Prob plays next year. Prob need some Juco/Transfer help.

Frost needs to get some guys redshirted too. Lots of DL recruiting work to be done.
NT: Daniels, Green
DE: Stille, Robinson
DE: Thomas, Rodgers
And then we still have guys like: Wildman, Newsome, Walker. So I would imagine we could RS all the incoming frshman, plus if someone plays early my money would be on Hutmatcher, that guy is a monster.

Awe inspiring. I've seen enough of Stille and Thomas to say "next man up."

If they are starting over these other guys, just throw the Freshman in the mix. We need to find talented young players that FORCE A RS on other talented young guys to build some sort of pipeline. Our current pipeline sucks.

Which is why Frost needs to keep attritioning guys out of the program and freeing up more and more schollys until there is some sort of quality product on the field.

I don't see it.
