Unfortunately regardless of the validity of any allegations or the circumstances of the allegations, Frost and the university have little choice but to suspend them IF any of the rumors are true.

I agree, if girls continue to go to places where sexual assaults happen and get themselves wasted in the process, can't really say that they take it too seriously. If it were me, I'd never put myself in such a dangerous situation.
What about the Wisconsin wide receiver, he was accused and was suspended for a year was acquitted. Let the system do it’s job. Sexual assault is a serious serious offense, but being falsely accused can also ruin a persons career and probably life.
A girl isn't going to get raped just going to college. It's when they make the choice to go to a shady house party piss drunk is when it will happen over 90% of the time. There's plenty of ways to have fun in college without putting yourself in that situation.

Well sure, but you can't look out for anybody's best interests but your own. I don't know why you'd think that scumbag wouldn't put his interests before hers, and she should know there are people like that out there.
My daughter is a 20 year old college student and I've warned her multiple times about it then she goes on a study abroad trip this past summer and posts a facebook pic of her drinking Moscow Mules at a party in eastern Europe....
Some people have to learn the hard way and then usually somebody else suffers some consequence as well.To quote Ann Landers, "most guys that age are just looking for a warm place to put it". IF there's a drunken college girl hanging on them I believe MOST of the guys I knew in college were going to take advantage of that. Sorry but that's the facts.

does it matter? I've told my 2nd son to beware due to the MeToo climate. What was a yes the night before can easily turn in to a hell no the next morning when she wakes up and realizes what she did. I'm not making excuses. Just saying that alcohol clouds not only judgement but also memory. I would HATE to be a young guy in the dating world today.

It isn't the woman's fault if she is a rape victim. The only person's who is at fault is the rapist.
When you are on foreign soil and have little experience with alcohol (which she doesn't. We have snitches), it probably isn't wise to get shitfaced in college let alone a foreign country.
This notion that sexual assault or rape only happens at a "shady house party" is ridiculous. 1 in 4 women are sexually assaulted. It happens everywhere.
Well I guess we better get a rope and string em up. Little Missy woke up after a bender and realized she had sex and now calls it a rape. Couldn't have been that she said yes the night before.... Look we have no idea what happened and that's what makes a situation like rape at times a murky subject. It's just a bad situation and justice is NOT always done for either party. Just an accusation whether true or not can really screw up somebody's life.

Holy hell did this go off the rails. The places some of you are willing to go with almost no information, and the self righteousness, is pretty impressive, in not a good way.
I'm saying if the victim would take more responsibility for their actions, they probably wouldn't be a victim in the first place.
So anyways is this all speculation? Rumors? I haven't seen anything released about anything? Am I missing something?
I don’t disagree with that but not every case where some girl said that she was raped was true. It’s not uncommon for some girl to give it up, get caught by the boyfriend or mom and dad so it suddenly becomes rape.
Girls need to be held accountable for getting raped? Because 1) I hope that's not what you meant and 2) No they don't
