I'd be tempted to put Ken Harvey, Dan Johnson, Matt Hopper, or Curtis Ledbetter at 1B in place of Schreiber, an put Schreiber at DH in place of Boldt.

EDIT: Scratch Harvey, his last season was 1999.
EDIT: Scratch Johnson (2001) and Hopper (2003), they were pre-2004.

Can I shorthand my answer and just say:

The 2005 team?

Still think the 2000 team was the best Nebraska has ever had - just got a terrible super-regional draw. But 2005 was probably next-best.
