Dude is trending hard N.

Chalk up another high 3/low 4 star receiver!

If we take him and Bivens, that puts us at 28 recruits. In my opinion, this staff isn't going to push for anyone else after that, and essentially just hold the two spots for a well-deserving walk-on or a grad transfer, and then just apply them to next year's class.

Thoughts?

Houston’s film doesn’t show a whole lot for me, but nothing wrong with a speedy WR to fill out the room. Nice pickup.
Bivens seems more likely at this point. I like him and don’t mind taking a chance.
Hopefully add an OLB to the mix and then call it good.
That leaves one spot open.

His recruitment reminds me of Andre Hunt’s last year. Absolute burner with seemingly average size and hands, committed to a big time local school early, mutually parted ways, ended up with the good guys.
He and nance are on another level speed wise to hunt..those two are 10.6 guys compared to hunt a 10.9 guy..thats a huge difference.(reference-10.3 is the fastest track kid in the country)

What alot of others on other sites are saying is, that Parker is ours to lose and we are at the top of the proverbial mound. I guess we shall see, won't we?

100/200M PRs
Andre Hunt - 10.9
Jamie Nance - 10.66/21.62
Demariyon Houston 10.71/21.42
Rahmir Johnson 10.75/21.46
Miles Jones 11.11/22.41

Get Demariyon on board and these guys, along with Wandale, Mo, and JD, can really present pick your poison for opposing Ds.

Thanks, I was curious about Houston’s speed compared to Nance.

Thanks for the info..by comparision Jaylen Waddle from Bama ran a 10.68, Dont know if you guys got a chance to watch him this season...but he looked like he was flat out flying on that football field against anybody they played.

https://www.flotrack.org/articles/6...a-who-would-win-a-college-football-track-meet
Found this cool article comparing bama vs georgia if they were to compete in track meet. Notable names were Ridley-10.63, Nick Chubb 10.69, Minkah Fitzpatrick 10.54, Damien Harris 10.74..moral to the story, we are bringing in some kids who can run with anybody in the country..major speed infusion. *plus these times are these kids SENIOR year track times compared to our kids junior times, most growing kids continue to get faster from jr to sr year.

I’m hoping our offensive speed helps our defense develop its own quickness. i.e. chasing down our shifty speedsters should help defenders maximize their potential.

Starting to think we cooled in the big bodied WR from NJ to bring on more speed with Houston. Just look at Houston’s offer list, it is very impressive for a reason. Why didn’t OU go after this kid??

I said that in the Njoku thread, when Houston became real there was a hard pivot his way, NU didn't even to an in home in NJ after the visit

Frost will be rising like Lincoln Riley soon enough.

Gotta love bringing in multiple speedsters.

JD, Wandale, Mo Wash, Jaylin Bradley, Mike Williams, Jaron Woodyard all have great speed as well as names above.
