Start by moving Ford back 6 inches Winking

Perhaps the most dramatic minor mistake in Sports. If Ford moves back 6 inches, the Chiefs are in the Super Bowl. Patriot fans are grumbling that Brady needs to hang it up after throwing 3 INTS in the AFC Title game, and people are discussing what a great job Sutton’s defense did in holding NE to just 10 second half points and getting 3 take aways.

Have you ever seen such a minor mistake have such a catastrophic result?

Good for Peters, but that dude needed to go, out of control type of player. Dude went after Sean Payton after the game on Sunday. I really hope Marcus gets a ring, but if it wasn't for football, that Dude could easily be in jail.
Sometimes you need a couple of bad dudes. Sean Payton is not my favorite either.

My favorite was when it would be 3 & 2 and he would have our cb's 10 yards off the los. And have the safeties 15 yards back.

Diaco or Cosgrove? both did the same thing and coincidentally both had awful defenses, go figure.
I thought the Chiefs were pulling a Diaco with their safeties playing far off of anyone on all those 3rd downs the final drive.

Marcus Peters is playing in the next game. Just sayin'
If that's the personnel move you're talking about it had to be done. He was a cancer in the locker room and it wasn't helping the team chemistry. He also chose when he wanted to play hard and when he didn't. As a Chiefs fan I was glad to see him go, his antics were getting worse every year and I didn't see that stopping.

A name being mentioned is Venables from Clemson. I wouldn’t think he would want to leave there. Personally, I want a coordinator with a proven track record in the nfl.

610 sports in Kansas City was talking about it yesterday. So no, I’m not the only one mentioning it. Just passing along what I heard.
Actually some of the national guys have thrown out Rex Ryan. Of course the 590 crew repeated that rumor as well.

Whomever they hire as DC they need to draft D for all 7 rounds. They have deficiencies at every level of their defense. At least thats what Ive seen watching them.

Exactly. They let some people go over the past couple years, and it's continued to haunt them. Sorry, but the ghost of Jim Johnson couldn't even have done it with this crew.

Seems to me that Steve Spagnuolo is the front runner.... he has coordinated a Super Bowl winning Defense in the past and has ties to Reid. They also have the same agent..... I’d bet it’s him

So you are the one that actually listens to 610 Sports in KC...nice to meet you. Winking
I get a kick out of the conversations that they have. Mainly listen to the guys in the morning. I take it you're not a fan of the station.

Kansas City sports talk in general has so much room for improvement. I generally listen to podcasts from 1620 the zone or 93.7 the ticket.
