I predict game day will be in Lincoln on September 28th and the huskers win a night game against Ohio state. The huskers will win at least 9 games and have a top ten recruiting class next year.

I made a bet last week with a guy that the Huskers, at some point next year, would be ranked in the top 15.
It was only a $10 bet, but he gave me 15:1 odds so it'll be a nice little payout if we play like most of us think we should

We wont get game day. I think 9 is more than do able. If we have a good year we can get a top 10 recruiting. My predictions. Adrian will be one of the top 3 contenders for Heisman. We will be ranked higher than UCF by year end.

If both teams are undefeated coming in(good chance), I absolutely could see Game Day coming. If memory serves, they haven't been here since 2007 for the USC game-the fact they haven't been here for awhile might get them to come. Of course, a lot of that depends on what other big games are that weekend too, but I'd say there's certainly a good chance of it happening.
Well athlon has us at #19 in their way too early poll so a move into th me too 15 shouldn’t be too hard.
I change by previous claim that they will not come. I went and looked at that date for every other team in every other conf and other teams in the BIG10. There is nothing currently scheduled that would be better than an undefeated Neb vs undefeated Ohio St. So game-day would probably be here if both team are undefeated. Many top team in the Sec are on bye that week. The only possible competition would be from the PAC 12 USC vs Washington or from SEC LSU vs Miss St if all happen to also me undefeated.

Not a very good weekend of games that week yet. The exposure of having game day would be big.
I'm going to guess 9-3, with +/- one game each direction being very possible. There really isn't a game on our schedule I think we CAN'T win but with our D and the fact we're still going to be building depth, I don't see 12-0 or 11-1 although with the right bounces and some momentum anything is possible.
Yep, we still have a long, long ways to go.....especially on both lines. We'll get there but probably another year or two are needed. It sure is nice having a great HC & staff!
that plus cutting down on the penalties makes us a contender to win the division next year. Not saying it's a guarantee, but we are going to be pretty good
