Yeah, but that’s not what makes saban so good, it’s his ability to pick those high 3 stars and use and develop them so well (per M Sherman and Chris what’s his name on 1480).

Whoa, that is a big kid for as young as he is. If NU were to ever crack that top 10 recruiting ranking, beating Alabama for an in-state kid like Jayson Jones would be a good way to do it! Unlikely, yes, but if there's legit interest, bring him in on a visit!
