If I am a high profile recruit and I have made my decision I would make my announcement tomorrow or Tuesday. Much more likely to get more attention and publicity than waiting until Wednesday when lots of other recruits will be announcing as well

Something tells me he has already told the coaching staff where he is planning on attending..

Yes .. which is why I would formally announce before Wednesday if maximum exposure is desired. There might also be a small chance that seeing a big time recruit commit to Nebraska early could sway a recruit on the fence heading into Wednesday.

Or you would make a decision as to when you will announce your decision before you have made your decision and decide not to go back on your initial decision of when to announce your decision lest your final decision appears less decisive.

I would say you are indecisive.

Arizona only has one time zone...
Yep. Funny story. Lived in Yuma AZ but worked in California. Used to cause all kinds of issue for our workers. The good part was, there is a casino and when bar time ended in AZ, you walked to the second half of the casino that was in CA. Got an extra hour.

Reading between the lines here...we're about to hit the JACKPOT.

I saw where he didn't even mention us in an article about Pola-Gates, but hat did he say about Robinson?
Something about Robinson submitting an application to Stanford and if he gets accepted, he’s going to go to Stanford.

Well SF can certainly help this young man through that decision. Let's see...go to Stanford and play football there, or go to Nebraska and win a national championship, play in the NFL, become a HC...

"Would you rather..."

Robinson didn't even visit Stanford, did he?. If this were true, I would think he'd postpone signing until February so he could visit there.

Or maybe he saw their volleyball team's drawing on the white board, and that swayed him.

Robinson has submitted his app to Stanford to get accepted, as Stanford has made an 11th hour push for his commitment. The Stanford insiders would be shocked if he ended up signing Robinson as they really don't have much of a relationship with Robinson. He visited there(unofficially I think) a few months ago, but really hasn't been in contact with them much until late so they are way behind. But, this is recruiting and strange things happen when it comes to recruiting. There is a pretty high confidence that he is "N".

In Japan, he commits on Thursday. Dang it.

That doesn't suck, because if he commits to N tomorrow, then you can quickly get on a plane and get to Japan before 4:45

I guess it would be kind of cool to tell people you were accepted at Stanford, I’m sure that is why he’s submitting his app.
