I was expecting this response. I'll continue with Christian soldier. Time some of us start playing by the liberal play bookInteresting image badge for a Christian.
Curious... do you find Christmas symbols in schools a problem?Interesting image badge for a Christian.
they gonna ban the flag next?
Be careful, you're attacking formal education.Won’t be long and the marxist indoctrination centers will try to push the hammer and sickle..
Brother, I think you’re intelligent enough to realize the whole “it’s not fair to non-believers” is nothing more than a pretext to ban Christmas and change the culture. Do you think Israel is banning yarmulkes to assuage the alleged feelings of a small minority? Do you really think little Joey is going to crumble because the teacher said “Christmas party” instead of “winter party” or “holiday party”? BTW, what other holiday is there during the “winter break”? Christmas is also a federal holiday, no different than Columbus Day. And you can see certain parties’ actions and words to eliminate that from the culture. My dad was in the military and I lived in a few foreign countries which was cool. But none of them ever thought about changing their culture for us. And I wasn’t ruined by being exposed to customs and beliefs outside of my own. Go tell someone Cinco de Mayo is not celebrated in Mexico (and I don’t think it is) so we should just forget about it here. See how Christmas warrior’s sensitivity meter drops to zero and call you some choice names. Finally, the words “separation of church and state” are found nowhere in the constitution.Although I am Christian, and don't like her choices, I understand them. If there are non-Christians paying taxes, which fund public schools, no religion should be given preferential status. If I were a Jew, I wouldn't want Christianity being rammed down kids' throats at public schools. And including any religion in public schools should probably be considered violating separation of church and state, shouldn't it?

Not explicitly. It's a function of the "Establishment Clause" in the first amendment.Brother, I think you’re intelligent enough to realize the whole “it’s not fair to non-believers” is nothing more than a pretext to ban Christmas and change the culture. Fully agree. I would throw on top of that we need more faith and less religion...Christmas has become more of a capitalist holiday anyways. A holiday to buy more crap that you don't need. That is what is mostly celebrated. Religion lost its hold on this holiday a long time ago.
Ok....fine........then explain to me if Christianity doesn't belong in public schools, then why are the other beliefs allowed to belong and are being catered to? We have atheists, Jews, Muslims--all the same religions in the past in this country and Christmas was celebrated in their own ways if any at all and there was no problem. So why now the change? Simple, to cause division and class warfare to advance a political agendaI always tell people to imagine it’s a religion that’s isn’t theirs and then ask themselves how much different they feel about it.
I’m not a religious person, and I don’t care what everyone believes in as long as you aren’t harming others. But it really has no place in public schools or politics among other things.
At the alter of global cooling, then acid rain, then mass starvation, global cooling, and nowThe Religion of Satan and Atheism is being rammed down kids' throats at public schools.
my man, I studied this in law school. It’s the establishment clause, not anti-Christmas tree clause. If you want the cite to the Supreme Court case that came up with the whole “separation” scheme, let me know.

I am so sick of pussified America anymore. Take it out on everyone because a very small minority may be offended or get there feelings hurt. That principal is a tool

Would someone please show me where in the constitution it's says anything about separation of church and state. You need to read up on the history of separation of church and state and rethink what you post. Its ridiculous what this country is allowing the minority to do. If you dont believe in christmas just dont participate.

if someone rolled out a prayer rug in class the rest of the posters in this thread would melt down... I guess as long as are worshipping your version of God it is all good...
How dare you. Dont take the CHRIST out of my CHRISTMAS man. Its not about whiny little kids getting stuff and having fun with their family. Its about the birth of my lord and savior Jeebus.Adults are ********, Xmas is about kids having fun.
I believe the left is calling it winter break now nothing about any type of religiousSo, if they "ban" Christmas, do the students still get a "Christmas OR Holiday" break?
