Manicotti stuffed with mozzarella cheese, covered in home made meat sauce, salad, rolls. Maybe some chocolate mousse cheesecake for dessert. You?

I usually go with the mozza in the manicotti, then sprinkle the parm over the finished product. I have mixed in cream cheese before, that's good too.
I've found that IF you mix the parmesan with the cream cheese and mozzarella, the parmesan acts like a binding agent and makes the filling more solid. This is personal preference whether to have it firmer

Can we like find a way to... set up a "Husker Online Field Trip" that may or may not stop by F5Tornado's house???

Just curious...

I made chili last night for this evening. Going to make some cornbread to pair with it. Sorry, no cinnamon rolls. :D
Cornbread is good as well with chili, I'd take that combo any day. And cinnamon rolls as well if available.

Really?????
yeah. the hull of grains aren't good for you. Contains tons of proteins that irritate the body and inhibit nutrient absorption. All cultures throw it away.

Best to just eat vegetables and resistant starches for fiber/prebiotic content

Was always told, as a kid, that the "bleaching" is bad... have things changed?

Also... the same applied to white vs wheat bread. Wheat was supposedly more healthy...
I agree. I used to think that way too.
"healthy whole grains" don't exist. It's marketing

Well boys I'm going to agree to disagree. I will eat it the way it is grown. Just give me a good blend of meat, vegetables, homemade bread, and pie with ice cream for dessert. Everything in moderation

plants don't like you and want to make you sick for eating them and their babies. :oops:That's why nicotine exists.
