We are officially Iowa’s *****. Thank god for the coaches son calling plays to let us back into the game. If the run every play in the 2 nd half, the win in a laugher

Why in the hell would anyone think the future for Iowa is bright? Iowa’s future is the same as it’s past - varying degrees of mediocrity where the final result is dependent solely on strength of schedule.

Our board is full of half-wit Iowa fans thumping their chests at beating up on Oregon State - East. There are undoubtedly some more lucid thinking Iowa fans that know better than to post on the Nebraska board because they know they’ve been stealing from the blind the past few years. And they know those days are over.

I don’t think the tide will turn necessarily but I do think both teams will be good moving forward which will make a great rivalry.

Frost needs to rain in the bush league antics before and during the game by some of the players. It’s a bad look for a team with Nebraska’s history of kicking the crap out of teams like that (Miami and Florida for example). You guys are better than that.

We can play the if game all day.

if Scott moves A-Mart out of the pocket earlier, we probably would have won.

If JD plays that opens things open a ton.

A lot of our stops at the end of the game were on the same run plays Iowa getting 4 & 5 yards earlier

There's no "we" or "us". With that kind of pi$$y attitude, you are not one of us. No credit whatsoever for what we did.

Totally agree. Don’t ever kiss the other teams ***, it’s such a weak *** thing to do. Probably a millennial.

Tough loss in a tough season. We should be much improved next year & the schedule is more manageable.

It will be interesting to see how Iowa fairs in their bowl game.

There was some woofing by the Nebraska guys before the game (across midfield on Iowa’s side). A lot of trash talking observed by people at the game. Nebraska of old NEVER DID THAT CRAP ... it is a big reason I loved watching you guys smoke Florida and Miami back in the day. I think Frost talked about some of this happening earlier in the year and was cracking down on it. Surprised to see it today.

Anyway, Iowa almost blew it but I give Neb credit for hanging in there. Good luck next year except for our game and Wisconsin (my wife’s a grad). Later.

I have not heard anything about this, at this game or any other game. You are the first fan I have heard to complain about any of this. Sounds like somebody who is looking to find something to take offense at and exaggerating to create a controversy.

Most of it was a certain safety who has done it all season.

I agree - we have some mouthy players. My guess is Frost is allowing it because he knows he has a group of dachshunds going up against dobermann’s, so any perceived confidence he can give his ankle biters, potentially the better. My guess (and hope) is once he recruits some men to match the competition, he will put a stop to it. Iowa did the best thing they could by letting the play on the field do the talking. For example, when Hockenson left Reed (who was flapping his jaw all day) drooling on a critical 4th down play.
