exactly. Not a fan of the D in general this year but ill give credit where credit is due.
I can't believe we gave up 3 in the first half despite our turnovers. Fire Chins.
MSU got half their yards on their last possession. Other than that, they've done nothing.

Like i said not a huge fan as of yet. But so far theyve held them to 3 damn points. Offense is problem this game. Give credit when its due. ***** when its legit. Illinois? Yeah you could be frustrated with D. Today? Really?
D has played great today we miss JD and Frost has no answer to MSU's scheme. He can't get the running game going outside the tackles, and MSU has his read-option and QB run bottled-up. No chance today for this offense, which is hilarious, because everyone on this board convinced our offense is the best in the nation. Nope.
Also, you can see how this offense is predicated on having great speed and skill at WR. Bigtime.
I think frost has lots of answers for Michigan State but the 36 mph winds and constant dropping the ball by our offense is the problem

Greatness has to be earned. One good game against a crappy offense doesn't make you great.

They played great today. Period
The defense played great today for those who still think they didn't. Doesn't mean they're a great defense, but I figured early in the week MSU might score about 24.
we gave up 6 pts. it doesn't really matter what the weather was, that's good.

Yes they did. They played great all game and not just for a half. Even with a great offense, there's going to be about 2 or 3 games a year where we need the defense to step up and practically win the game by themselves. They did that today.
Dudes not a Husker fan, no clue why he’s here pretending he is. Maybe Iowa’s boards that boring or he’s that boring that he’s just trying hard to make us think everything about our Huskers suck. Our offense doesn’t suck, far from it. When you play in a 16-18 degree weather with 24-34 mph winds and against a great defense like MSUcks has, your going to struggle. Defense gave up a couple big plays, outside that, they played great. I for one am happy with this team and the way they have turned it around since game 1 (or 2, depending how you look at it).
