Iowa has an 11 point lead over #13 Oregon at half

Psu has work to do 2nd half against depaul.

In general though, provided we don't lay an egg as a conference against the acc, end of year seems like there will be a lot more of our teams in than last (7+).

If we do this to the acc as well, then there could be ten teams at this point as ludicrous as it sounds at first blush. 33-2 so far? Lol a bit ridiculous.

Good. The more good teams we have in the conference, the more opportunities we have for "resume building" wins. That's all that seemed to matter to the committee last year.

Indiana is loaded and nasty
MSU is MSU
Michigan has the best coach in the country
OSU has an amazing coach
Iowa has everyone back
Wisconsin somehow has Happ back again

Rutgers and Illinois won't win 7 Conference games between them.

I’m hoping the rejuvenated defense that Iowa showed last night is here to stay. I won’t be getting too excited until it’s more than just one game but last night was a good resume starter.

The Ducks couldn't figure out that zone.

Don't want to sound like bitter ol' Nebraska fan here, but Oregon, outside of Bol, looked very meh. I know they have a injured 5* on sideline, but that looked like a 17-15 Pac 12 team last night....Or maybe Iowa is just that good this season Winking
I think it is a bit of both.

Best defense I’ve seen Iowa play in quite sometime..

Still think Fran plays too many players but that way he keeps plenty of players happy....He also doesn’t like to use any timeouts he treats them like money in a 401K..

So based on last year's NCAA committee excuses for not including the Huskers, we should all 14 teams to make the tourney this year. The only thing that will screw this up is Rutgers having enough players to field a team by year's end due to arrests, transfers, etc.
