maybe Brohm knew yesterday.
Had to be done, they have completely quit. Guess we will find out if Purdue fans are right about Brohm, because they will definitely come after him.
I would think that his phone would be ringing off the hook. I also think that they probably had a good idea of who would accept the position before they made Petrino's firing official.
Maybe they'll call Kirk & Brian Ferentz

This will be fun to watch as an outsider. Maybe this contributed to Purdue falling apart against Minnesota yesterday.
There is an article in Business Insider from November last year that listed the 27 athletic departments that had revenues exceeding $100M last year. Louisville was number 20 on that list with $112M. For comparison sake Nebraska is #22 on that list at around $110M. While our revenues are drastically impacted by football, Louisville has a pretty even split between football and basketball.
As mentioned in this article, Brohm replaced Petrino at Western Kentucky in 2014. It would be quite a coincidence if it happens again.

Yes. It’s Rumored that Nebraska still had a chance with him. But that Wandale loves Brohm and would got to Purdue if it weren’t for Rondale Moore. It was said by Callahan that Brohm to Louisville would mean Wandale to follow.
Interesting. Would make sense he could actually play in a modern offense, for a good young coach without having to move across the country.
Wouldn't be surprising. He could stay in his home state and play for an offensive-minded coach.

I'm fairly certain Louisville will have zero trouble matching Kentucky's offer, if their hoops program is any indication.

Wandale sounds like a huge pain in the *** if that’s true about Rondale Moore and Purdue. Wasn’t there rumors that he wanted guarantees to take Spielman’s spot too? Guy sounds like a self entitled douche that doesn’t want to compete. Who knows though, maybe it’s all bs.
Because he would also go to Kentucky. The kid wants to be home, regardless if they are terrible at football.
