is coming. U.S. electorate about to discover what our toxic President & followers have caused.
#1 surefire way to get a post delete. Bring up a politics. Especially where you bash one side or another. This post shouldn't make it long.

Time for our country to unite. We are all Americans in the greatest nation God has ever created. The divisiveness is getting old.

Not all of us are what any of us should call Americans. A person like Linda Sarsour is not what I’d call a fellow American. If she wants her sharia law then she can pack it up and move to Saudi Arabia. How stupid can one be to lead a womens rights group and lobby for sharia law? The people who follow her? Lawlz... There are plenty more out there like her. Commies/marxists, neo nazi crack pots, etc. None of those people care about what our country is and where it will go..

She and Farrakhan are domestic terrorists.
I hope justice will be delved out accordingly.

Blue trickle. Best case scenario. Stalemate. Government can't do anything bad.

Don't be so sure... Trump's best promise was a massive infrastructure bill that is massively needed. Basically another "new deal" or "stimulus" type of legislation that will rebuild old and failing infrastructure nationwide. Trumpie had no chance to get that passed with the extreme right in the house, but with a democrat control house he can allow government spending to pay for things the government has always paid for...like national roads and bridges. Plus allowances can be given to states to sure up their infrastructure. I expect this to be enacted well before 2020 to kill unemployment before the reelection. Trump is NOT a conservative, he is a New York millionaire who has hung out more with the Clinton's than any Reaganite, Bush, or Neo-Con. He has no qualms about running up the deficit, as we saw with his tax cuts. He won't stand losing in 2020 but I think he could be convinced to go ahead with an infrastructure compromise. 75% of America is sick of the divisiveness and relative stagnation that goes along with it...and often a "lame duck" president does more good through compromise than the first 2 year iteration does.

I don't know if I over slept or what, but I missed both the "whirlwind" and the "blue wave"

Just amazing that a woman would be stupid enough to attempt something like implementing Sharia Law in the U.S. Good Lord.

Yes, here's your opportunity ladies to be abused legally by your spouse and other men. Step right up and put an X in the box and sign your rights as a human being away.

Has anyone noticed that the only people worked up about Tuesday night are the same hysterical, paranoid, delusional, low info yobs suffering from TDS we first saw in the last election cycle?

Here is some food for thought. The average turn over in the house in a mid-term is 30 seats. Clinton lost 50+ seats and Obama 60+ seats.

Democrats spent at an unprecedented level of outside money as well as trotting out Oprah and a has-been community organizer backed by a shrieking, embarrassingly vapid, press corps and managed to do less than average between senate, house, govern races, and state legislatures. It took every ounce of their power to get to a record turn out level and look what it netted them.

It is an embarrassingly bad performance for democrats and has taught us they've learned nothing in 2 years.

Have you noticed how gerrymandering and sorting problems work? No? That's because you're an ignorant dumbass. The only good news out of this is, the 2020 census is coming up and Dems picked up enough gubernatorial seats to ensure that the gerrymandering committed after the 2010 census, mostly by Republicans, is reversed. Personally, I think districts should be drawn 100% by independent commissions in every state so that partisan influence would not be a part of it at all, because both sides will abuse that power. I single out Republicans because they were the ones that did it the most recently, and very egregiously.

@Tuco Salamanca, about that post from the thread that got locked: No, you don't "write off" debt from China; if the U.S. tried to do anything like that, it would crash the world economy. Your answer makes no sense at all.

Also, nobody who should be taken seriously wants Sharia law here. Also also, did any of you ignorant, frothing Republican-voting fools watch that press conference yesterday? And you think that bloated, unstable mess is Presidential material? That's inexcusable, and frankly, if you think that, you shouldn't vote. That kind of performance makes me, a pretty leftist voter, wish that GOP politicians like the recently deceased John McCain and Mitt Romney were the worst things we had to deal with. I don't vote Republican, but I would HAPPILY vote for Romney with a huuuuge smile on my face compared to this nightmare.

By the way, if you don't like Obamacare, it is now called Trumpcare, even though he did nothing to it other than try to gut it. "Beautifully covered?" The guy lies so much, and so regularly, even supporters of his would have a hard time keeping what he says straight. He's a snake oil salesman.

Lastly, I lived in Massachusetts when Romney introduced the same exact idea prior to the Obama presidency; force coverage or pay a fine, lower premiums. It was a mostly-Republican idea!

Argument lost when you go to the name calling, typical and expected. Laughing
