I am not talking record. I am talking how the team looks now. The eye test. I think US, Wisc, Mich ST and Iowa are all very equal right now. As we showed we aren't far off from Ohio St Purdue, NW, Penn St. I don't think the turn around we seek is going to take as long as we all were thinking at the beginning of the year.

We aren't far off. The teams we have lost to aren't bad. All have winning records I believe, except Bethune.

How can you have Purdue below Ohio State, by any stretch of the imagination, when Purdue curb-stomped them?

Soooo, in your world do you also change their record after 8 or 10 games, just based on what have you done lately? ND today has to be better than week 1 too? how is that forgotten and Michigan better than both of them, now? you can't say scoreboard lies week 1 and/or week 9 to fit "your ranking" in fact head to head has to matter the most, IMO - unless major players are missing maybe?

For my rankings right now. I am looking at how teams are play on average over the last few weeks. How they look right now. Yes I tried to consider the overall body of work, but for this mainly the most recent. I am not an expert. This is 100% my opinion only. If you have a different opinion/ ranking, lets see it.

As long as Chin is here, I don't think think the D is going to be top 10 by any means. If we can get into the 40s 50s under him that is it.

You have Nebraska ranked 6th and their only win in the conference is against your second worst rated team in the conference and Bethune. I'm glad I don't visit other message boards because it's these types of threads that are put on display in other message boards and the vultures have at it.

we've got three weeks to prove we are a better team than Illinois or Indiana and possibly on par with MSU and Iowa. As it stands we have a win over Minnesota.

I'm glad you have appointed yourself as the board spokesperson. You're an example of why I don't like message boards in general. Proof positive that trolls can exist within their own message board.

I can't believe I am putting Northwestern at 3rd place in the B1G, because I honestly don't think they are that great of a team (and there is no way we should have lost to them), but..
