I know he played as a true freshman at Ole Miss so I’m sure it was disappointing not to play much this season but having him an extra year will pay dividends.No, they're protecting him as he gets bigger. Hey has a redshirt available, and they felt he was too small to handle 3 down versatility vs. Both run and pass. He was playing at 205 in the Spring. They want him to be in the 225 range without losing explosiveness.
I think the move will really pay off.
He didn't make trip to Northwestern because of concussion. Have not heard anything since.Glad to see what he can do .
